This is a fairly late arrival for a fully manual camera, made during the late 70s/early 80s, by which time most manufacturers were moving away from manual cameras as the norm. It's a no frills type camera, so perhaps a good option for those who fancy getting into film photography with a fully manual camera, but feel a little nervous about the challenge; this one will be super simple and easy to use, with nothing to distract you from taking great photos.
